We do not accept returns or exchanges, however you can contact us about any issues with an order.
Please reached out to us at [email protected] and describe the issue and include a photo. If the issue is product damage or a misprint the photo can be used as proof of the issue to share with our supplier so that we can request a replacement be sent to you free of charge.
No, we work with a network of suppliers to produce and to ship our uniquely designed products. Our suppliers typically use USPS( US Postal Service and UPS to ship out the products. Our shop has no control over shipping and timing.
Unfortunately No. Normally items get shipped from our suppliers between 1-7 business days from the day of being ordered. While most items can be expected to arrive between 3-10 business days, we always recommend that you plan ahead when ordering, especially during the Christmas holidays.
